RTI Act 2005

The GHG Khalsa College Gurusar Sadhar, is approved by UGC, recognized by Government of Punjab and affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh.

The College has a governing body as per provisions of DPI colleges, Punjab and Panjab University, Chandigarh. The college comes under grant-in-aid and self financing category.

All the cells or committees of the institution are under Statutory Bodies and come under the section 4(1)(b) of RTI act 2005.

The RTI applications can be sent to public information officer along with prescribed fee by post or be handed over in the college office.
