1. Failed/compartment students from other universities are not elligible for admission to any class/course, where as the students of this college placed under compartment are elligible for admission to heigher class provisionally.

2. Students seeking to admission to science group are required to have secured at least 40% marks in aggregate in lower examination(35% in case of SC/BC).

3. The candidate securing less than 20% marks in the subject of compartment of the 10+2 examination is not eligible to join the first year of the degree course.

4. Every students at the time of admission,shall supply his/her latest address with phone no. to the college and changes (if any) during the period of his/her studies in the college shall also be intimated as and when these take place.

B.Sc. I  - A student joining first year class should have obtained atleast 40% marks in aggregate of all the subjects including the marks obtained by him/her in the subject of compartment (Theory & practical/s taken together) taken up by him/her in the 10+2 examination.

B.Sc. (Part II & III) - admission to 2nd year and third year (part II & III) classes. three year degree courses of  +3 stage under 10+2+3 pattern shall be open to all students who pass/placed under compartments in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. part I/II Examination of punjab university respetively.compartment candidates from other universities are not elligible for admission.
